OLAKINO METHOD

THE ANSWERS ARE IN YOUR BODY

TRANSFORMATION THROUGH SOUND & LIGHT FREQUENCIES

NATURE + BIOHACKING + SUPER NUTRITION + BREATHWORK

“SONG: YOUR BODY IS AN INSTRUMENT” by author Megan Bryan

Moving to Hawai'i with only a suitcase, a surfboard, and a desire to heal her life, one girl learned to surf the waves on Oahu's North Shore, leaving all she knew behind. As she surfed Hawaii's waves, she felt an exhilarating power and connection. Hawaiians speak of 'Aloha' in the surf. One day it clicked: love is that energy fueling waves, wind, nature, and people- holding it all together. Einstein’s ‘field' of energy, God, humans- it all made sense. Humbled and awakened to a new reality, she learned to move beyond her past stories and beliefs and tune her body to higher frequencies. This shifted her reality. The 'Olakino Method' was born. Olakino is the Hawaiian word for 'good health.' This 4-step process, outlined in this book, is a blueprint and a daily practice for anyone, anywhere, who wants to retune and shift their life to sing a different song. Learn to practice frequencies through your body, like surfing a wave, or playing an instrument.

What is the Olakino Method?

The Olakino Method is a path of radical body and life transformation for anyone who has tried it all, with no results. Rooted in a quantum understanding of the body, that we are light and sound slowed in to matter, the Olakino Method teaches you to rewrite the ‘song’ you are singing with the instrument of your body. This method employs practical, scientifically-based, quantifiable methods to transform you on a cellular and DNA level. Our thoughts, beliefs, habits, environments, nutrition and actions form our bodies. You can practice and master new ‘songs’ using your body as an instrument to play frequencies. Your body, face, and life will transform as you:

1. Set clear intentions

2. Clear physical and emotional residue from our lives and bodies

3. Elevate our frequency through movement, breath, biohacking, connection to nature and other people, and retraining our thoughts and beliefs.

4. Then from this elevated state, become a magnet for our desires

Your body is a song. What song are you singing?
